Can you buy cars and engines at Japanese auctions for me?
Yes. Partners tell us the vehicles or engines they want and we search, bid and buy at Japanese car auctions on their behalf, then inspect, load and ship them in a 20ft or 40ft container.
What are your payment terms?
For auction buying, we require a 70% advance payment before we start bidding. The remaining 30% is payable as agreed in your quote. We accept international bank transfer (TT) via SWIFT.
Where do your parts come from?
We buy vehicles through Japanese car auctions. Alpha Trading does not dismantle vehicles; our partner carries out dismantling at its own authorized vehicle-recycling yard, and we coordinate sourcing, inspection and export.
How do I get a quote for an engine or part?
Fill in our quote form or contact us by phone or email with the make, model, year, chassis or VIN number, engine code and the part you need. We will check availability and come back with condition details and a price.
Can you supply half cuts, nose cuts and engines with gearboxes?
Yes, subject to availability. Half cuts, nose cuts and complete engine-and-transmission sets are common requests. Ask us to confirm exactly what is included before you order.
How many cars or engines fit in a 20ft or 40ft container?
A 20ft container typically takes one car plus engines and boxed parts, or a full load of engines, gearboxes and cartons on racking. A 40ft High Cube container can take up to four cars on a two-level racking system, or a large mixed load of engines and parts. Exact capacity depends on vehicle size and the part mix.
Do I need an import permit for used auto parts?
It depends on your country. Used engines and components can have permit, cleanliness, emissions or customs requirements that differ from complete vehicles. Please confirm with your local authorities or customs broker before purchase.
